St Anthony’s Novena:  The annual Novena in honour of St. Anthony of Padua continues in Ennis Friary until the Feast of St. Anthony on Tuesday 13th June.  Weekday sessions at 10am and 7.30pm, Sunday sessions at 12noon and 7.30pm.

 

Annual Killaloe Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock Shrine will take place on Sunday 2nd July 2017, sharing with Ferns as we have in previous years.  Led by Bishop Fintan Monahan.  Ceremonies begin at 2:30 p.m.  For bus transport please contact: Glynn’s Coaches 065 6828234

Ruan NS School Fun Run; Míle buíochas to everyone who supported our Fun Run on Thursday June 1st, whether you walked, jogged, ran or made a financial contribution. It was tremendous to have 300 participants on such a wet evening. Thanks also to our volunteers who helped run the event so smoothly.   

 

The Toonagh hall committee wish to thank all those who supported us in our recent monster bingo. €1000 made from ticket sales, thanks to all for your continued support. 

 

Zumba classes will continue through the summer in Toonagh Hall at 8pm on Thursday evenings. A fun way to keep active which is proving very popular with those attending.

Ennis Mental Health Association:  Garden Fete will be held in the grounds of Our Lady’s Hospital, Gort Road Ennis on Sunday June 18th at 1:00 pm.  Lots of family fun with cake stall, best dressed person, dog show, lucky dip, sponge throwing, bouncing castle, face painting, plants, bric a brac, raffle etc. Your support would be greatly appreciated.Hosp


Crusheen Parish are holding a series of talks over the coming weeks – called Life in the Spirit –with some excellent speakers, including Dr Jessie Rodgers who lectures in Scripture in St Patrick’s College Maynooth. They take place in Crusheen Church Meeting Room from 8.00-9.00pm every Wednesday night. The programme of speakers is as follows: Wed. Camogie News: Ruan are playing Broadford in the final in Wolftones camogie pitch on the evening of Wednesday 14th at 7:30 pm. Please come to show your support to the girls. The girls have done very well and played some excellent camogie in the competition so far. It is not every day the club gets to a county final and we hope to see lots out supporting. Ruan abú.
