Ruan G.A.A.
CLub membership is now due for renewal and may be paid to any member of the Club Executive or Club Registrar, Niall O'Connor (0879497896).

The Club is also finalising the collection of scrap metal and anyone who might have scrap metal to give may contact Vinny O'Halloran (0862788440), Kevin McDonnell (0868460284) or Tom Roughan (0851734204).

Minor Hurling.
Under 8 training is held on Monday and Thursday evenings in the local pitch at 6.30pm. Under 6 training is on Thursdays at 6.30pm.
New players are always welcome.
In under 14's Ruan played good hurling in the group stages of Feile na nGael in Newmarket on Fergus recently.
They have qualified for the semi final against Eire Og. The teams in Ruan's group were Clonlara, Feakle/Kilanena and Clooney Quin.

Easter Ceremonies.
Mass of the Eucharist will be celebrated in Ruan Church on Holy Thursday at 8pm.  Good Friday ceremony is in Dysart at 3pm and Ruan at 8pm.  Easter Vigil Mass Saturday evening in Dysart at 6.30pm and in Ruan at 9pm. 
A Dawn Mass will be celebrated in Dysart Graveyard on Easter Sunday morning at 6am and Mass is at the usual time of 10am in Ruan.


Apostolic Works Display.
The local Apostolic Society have been busily sewing, knitting, doing crochets making vestments and other crafts over the winter months and these will be on display next Sun. 12th April, in Ruan Community Centre after 10am Mass and will run until 5pm.
Tea and home baking will be served and a welcome is extended to all.


Camogie.
Following on from their 1st  round win, the Junior team will play Clooney Quin in round 2 of the PK Travel League on this Thursday evening in Ruan G.A.A. Field at 6.30pm.
The u14's who were promoted to the 'B' division are progressing competitively through the championship.
