Funding for Defibrillator.
Last week, Anne Marie Jones, Denise Whelan, Frank Custy and Rose Foudy presented a Cheque for €1,600, the proceeds of the recent Friends of Toonagh Concert, to Ger Barry, Moira O’Loughlin, Michael Casey and Eoghan Hynes, representing Toonagh Hall and Sports Complex, who intend to purchase a Defibrillator with the monies raised.
The defibrillator will be available to all the groups which use the hall and sports complex, the nearby school and the surrounding areas, in the event that it’s ever needed.
