Toonagh Walk for Seeking Vision.

    The McCullough family of Dysart has, once again, organised the annual "Toonagh Walk" on Sunday 11th Jan., 2015 at 12.30p.m.  This walk, which has been held for the past twelve years,  has now become traditional, with many people looking forward to meeting up with people they may have met on the previous walk, especially as they enjoy the tea and home baking afterwards in Toonagh hall where the walk starts and ends.  
There are three routes, 10.5k, 5k and 3k and is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, indeed, many families have built it into their Christmas seasonal activities. Further info. from Breda 0851947763.  Monies raised this year will go towards Seeking Vision, Clare Sunset Foundation.

Christmas Mass Times.

    Christmas Eve Mass will be held in Dysart at 7.00p.m. and in Ruan at 9.00p.m. and on Christmas Day Mass will be in Ruan at 10.00a.m.

Ruan G.A.A. Minor Club.

    The hurlers in the local Minor Club this year made good progress when they contested the under 14A and Minor A Championship semi finals, losing both narrowly. They are now looking forward to making further progress in 2015 and acknowledge the input of players, coaches, parents and supporters over the past year.   
Anthony O'Halloran Car Sales has sponsored a set of jerseys for the u6's and u8's, which were presented to the Club last week in Toonagh Hall, where Santa also met with the children.
