Cash for Clobber.
Last year Toonagh School received a bonus of €1,500 for having the heaviest clothes per child in their two clothes collections during the year. The Parents Association’s first Collection this school year will be held in next Thursday, Oct. 10. 
Bags of clothes may be left in Toonagh Hall on the day, at the following times 9-10am, 1.45-3pm and 6.30-7.30pm. 
The  contributions of the community are hugely appreciated.

Lay Led Liturgy.
A group will lead a Lay Led Liturgy in Ruan Church on Sunday morning at 10am.
Mass of Anniversaries will be celebrated in Dysart Church on this Saturday night at 8pm.

Recent Death.
The death has taken place recently in New York of John Cotter, late of Loughville, brother of Stephen, Damian and Finola Forde.

Imeall Boirne meeting.
A meeting of the Pastoral area with Bishop Fintan, Fr. Ger Nash and Maureen Kelly takes place on this Thursday, Oct. 3 in Ruan Community Centre at 7.30pm.   This will be a reflection together on the life of the Pastoral area now and into the future. All are welcome.
