Ruan Junior B ladies took on Feakle on Sat. last in the final.   Ruan went in at half time 9 points down, but the second half saw them come out in high spirits and the girls earned a well deserved draw - Ruan 2 6 Feakle 3 3.   The replay will be held on this Sat. 20th at 12 noon in the Eire Og grounds, and again, support will be much appreciated.
The u14 girls played their final game of the season v Truagh/Clonlara in Shannon on Sun. last.  Despite the team putting in a great performance and coming back well, Truagh/Clonlara emerged as winners.
The Camogie Shinty weekend on Oct. 27/28th next marks the opening of the Fr. McNamara Memorial Park in Doora by President Michael D. Higgins.   Ruan underage teams will participate in the parade through Ennis on the Sat., further details next week.

Hurling.

Ruan/Corofin u15s played Doora/Barefield in Division "B" semi final on Sun. last.   It was a well contested, sporting and exciting game and was level, 2 7 to 1 10 at full time.  However after the extra time it was still all square 3 9 to 2 12, so it will be replayed in Eire Og on Sun. 21st next, at 11 a.m. and support will be appreciated on the day.
In the u13 Clooney/Quin Division B semi final, a very young Ruan team was beaten by Eire Og.
Well done to Liam O'Donovan, who recently made his Harty Cup debut for St. Flannan's College.

Intermediate Final 2012.
