The u13's had a nailbiting game against Bodyke on Friday last, losing out by one point at the end.  It is hoped they will make the semi final stages, having secured 3 wins from their 6 games.
The Junior A's reached the end of the line on Sat. last, at the semi final stage, when they went down to Killenena/Tulla, which was the better team on the day, on a scoreline of 5-7 to 3-4.
The local Club hosted a very successful U8 blitz in glorious sunshine in Ruan on Sat.  Participating teams were Ballyea, Sixmilebridge, Barefield and Ruan.   Ruan team was victorious in their three games.  Such were the huge numbers that turned up, that the u6's were also able to be catered for.
Much credit is due to Aidan Lawton, who organised and ran the blitz and to the underage camogie players who helped, in refereeing, umpiring, etc.
