Coffee Mornings.
The Hospice Coffee morning was very well supported in the parish last Thursday. Toonagh Parents Association revived the event in Toonagh Hall and raised €560.  In Ruan Community Centre a number of local ladies hosted the coffee morning and raised €305.
The organisers are grateful to those who did lovely home baking, helped out and those who donated and attended the event, the monies raised all going to Cahercalla Hospice.

Recent Death.
The death has taken place of Mary Wall, Willow Park, Ennis and Ballyea, sister of Bernie O’Loughlin, Kilcurrish, Fountain.

Camogie.
The u11 girls participated in a Blitz in Gurteen at the weekend, meeting Eire Og and The Banner and taking the spoils in both games.
They now look forward to their next Blitz in Eire Og at the weekend.
The u13’s played Tulla on Friday evening and Wolfe Tones on Sunday, and winning both those games.
Great credit goes to all involved in having so many young girls involved in sports at this level and it is hoped they will continue well into their teens.
