SAFEGUARDING AUDIT IN THE DIOCESE OF KILLALOE

The National Audit of Child Safeguarding Practice in this Diocese of Killaloe will take place from 27th to 29th November. As part of the Audit every parish is required to publish this fact in their parish newsletter. The Auditors and the Bishop are inviting any person who may have been affected by abuse within the Church in this Diocese to make contact with the Director of Safeguarding, Cleo Yates on 065 682 8638

Prayer Afternoon For Vocations: An afternoon of Prayer for Vocations to mark the close of the Year of Faith will take place in the Franciscan Friary Ennis on Sunday next December 1st from 3 pm to 6 pm. People are free to come and go during this time for all or part of this special occasion

Clare Hurling Supporters Club:  All Ireland Champions Calendars and Christmas Cards will be on Sale after Mass on Sunday 1st December outside both Churches.

Craft Group meets in the kitchen in Toonagh Hall Wed. mornings from 11 to 12 noon to pass on tips on knitting, crochet, embroidery, mosaic work over a "cuppa".  Anyone interested is invited to share any ideas they may have as to what could be included in the sessions as they continue, or bring work they'd like to show. €3 is collected towards hall funds.   Further info. North Clare Mental Health Association is hosting a series of talks on Mental Health and Wellness during the month of Nov: Patrick Ryan, Professor of Psychology UCL and Liam Minogue of the W.R.A.P. Programme on 26th November.  The talks will take place at the Falls Hotel Ennistymon at 8:00 pm each night and Admission is Free
