Advent Trees in the Parish During the season of Advent, as we prepare ourselves to welcome the Baby Jesus into our hearts and our homes, an Advent tree will be in place in St. Tola’s Church, Dysart and in St. Mary’s, Ruan. Cards, on which names of people who will not be with us this Christmas (those who are no longer with us or those who are unable to come home due to Covid-19 restrictions and all those we miss) will be taken from the basket and hung from the tree. These will be removed and will form part of the Offertory Procession in a mass over Christmas

Bottle Bank Recycling We are very fortunate to have bottle recycling in our village, but we would ask that everyone who uses this facility would please bring home their cardboard boxes, plastic bags and not leave them beside to bottle banks. Thank You.
