CLARE COMMUNITY GAMES KEEP CLARE CLEAN AWARENESS PROJECT:  Age Categories: U6, U8, U10, U12 & U14 on 31st July, 2011.   A special category will also be included.  This year’s competition can take the form of a poster or a poem.  1st & 2nd from each age group, from each category in your area to go forward for county adjudication.  Exhibition and presentations at Ennis Urban Council Offices, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle, Ennis on Friday December 2nd @ 8pm.  Entries should be sent to Moira O’Loughlin or Bernadette Kelly by October 28th, 2011

SENIOR CITIZENS:  Ruan & Dysart Senior Citizens Committee wish to thank all who contributed to their recent Church gate collection of €542.30.

MEMORIAL SERVICE AND TREE PLANTING CERMONY:  In remembrance of the late Johnny Greene will take place in Ruan N.S. on Sunday 9th October following 11:15 Mass.  Recordings of his most popular songs and music will be available for anyone who is interested.  The family wish to extend an invitation to anyone who knew Johnny to attend.  Refreshments will be available following the ceremony.

 UNDERAGE HURLING:  Ruan contest the U15C Final today at 1:30pm in Clarecastle.  Please support in big numbers.

 INTER-CHAMP:  Our intermediate team got a huge scare in very unpleasant conditions last Sunday and will be hoping for an improved performance all around 

ahead of the replay.  We are still there!
