Today is Mission Sunday:  We thank God for your  generosity to the work of the missions. Our diocese contributed more than € 88,000 last year which in addition to helping the more than 1,300 Irish people still serving on the missions helps places that are in most need of the basics of food, water etc. This generosity of Irish people continues today in your prayers and practical help on Mission Sundayand in recent years the many lay volunteers who work a year or two on the Missions.  Your generous contribution today will be sent in its’ entirety to support our many mission projects.  We can’t do it without you.  Large or small, it makes a difference and thank you for your help.  World Missions Ireland, 64 Lower
