Pizza and Movie Night  All the 13 – 18 year olds who attended the recent Youth Day Mission in St Flannan’s College are invited, with their friends, to a Pizza and Movie night in the meeting room at the rear of Crusheen Church on Wednesday 29th October from 8 to 10 pm. Ruan Dysart Resource Group: At the recent A.G.M of Ruan & Dysart Resource Group Johnny O’Donoghue, Toonagh, Retired as Chairman, a position he held for over 22 years. Those present expressed their gratitude to him for the efficient handling of the scheme. During those years he worked faithfully for the good of the parish and the participants. There was no personal gain for him and he was both honest and courteous in his dealings with all.

Officers elected : Chairman: Fr Pat O’Neill, Vice Chairman: Risteard Ua Croinin, Secretary: Mary O’ Halloran, Treasurer: Noel Tierney and P.D.O: John Bell

Toonagh Hall:  Work is nearing completion in Toonagh Hall, with the painters in this week to freshen it up.  A further meeting will be held in the hall on Wed. night 29th Oct., at 8 p.m. and any individual, and representatives of groups wishing to use the hall SHOULD attend, as they will then know who to contact for keys, etc.

Kitchen Sessions:  The first activity back in the kitchen of Toonagh Hall was the Kitchen Sessions, which have started.  Having taken a break after their Halloween Party last night, they will resume on Fri. 7th November from 7-9p.m. every Friday night, and all musicians, singers and dancers are invited to come where they can partake in the session in the newly restored kitchen.
