Weekend Masses are broadcast live on our Facebook Page on Saturday evening at 8:00pm from Ruan Church and on Sunday morning at 11:00am from Corofin Church.  Crusheen 9:30am Sunday Mass is on 105.3 for local Radio.

Face Masks / Shields at Masses: The Diocese of Killaloe now ‘strongly recommends’ the wearing of face Masks or face shields in all its Churches and Buildings. We would encourage people to bring masks or face shields with them to church and to wear them. 

It is a protection for themselves and for those they meet. 


Baptisms in the Imeall Boirne Parishes 

We are now taking booking for Baptisms which will take place each Sunday at 12:30am rotating between the parishes. Everyone intending to have their child baptised must first complete the Baptismal Preparation Course for each individual child. Full details from Anne at the Imeall Boirne Office. Clothes collection: Toonagh School Parents Association will hold the first clothes collection fundraiser of this school year on Thursday, October 1st to raise much needed funds for the school. The Parents Association will be also be making a donation to Toonagh Hall and Sports Complex as the school children get fantastic use from this excellent facility. Drop off times on October 1st are 9-10am, 1.45 – 3pm, and 6.30 -7.30pm. 

Bags may be dropped any day at Toonagh Hall door, before the above date and they will be taken in each evening. 

Please contact Noreen Cummins (0866030005) should anyone wish to arrange to leave bags outside of these hours/or for collection


The Dysart Archaeological Walks:  These walks have proved very popular, so much so that Mary O’Halloran has organised two more -to locations such as the Soup School, ring forts and Rathkeane medieval church, on Sun. Sept. 26th. 

Mary may be contacted at 0872830950 to book a place on the walk, as numbers are limited to follow social distancing regulations 


Anam Cara Galway The organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding it's monthly Parent Evening for bereaved parents on Wednesday 7 th October at 7:20pm in the Clayton Hotel, Briarhill, Galway.

 This event is free and open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether their death was recent or not. *(Subject to change in accordance with government advise)
